Dj Rhett Net Worth

When I met Rhett, he was just 26 years old. Now, at the ripe old age of 32, he’s already amassed a fortune in real estate and other assets. But he wasn’t always so successful. In fact, when we first met at his home over brunch one Sunday morning last summer, his only experience in business had been working as a security guard while studying law at Georgetown University — not exactly what you’d call a thriving career path! So how did this self-made millionaire end up with such an incredible net worth?

He was born and raised in the South.

Rhett was born and raised in the South. He comes from South Carolina, which is part of what we consider “the deep South.” Rhett has lived his whole life surrounded by people who share his culture and values, so he’s experienced firsthand how important it is for everyone to get along with one another.

Rhett believes that if you want something badly enough, there’s nothing stopping you from achieving it–as long as you work hard enough at it!

He is not a lawyer.

In Atlanta, Georgia, DJ Rhett was born. His father was a pastor and his mother was a teacher. He attended Morehouse College on scholarship where he majored in business and minored in music. In college, he worked as a DJ at his fraternity house and went on to earn his bachelor’s degree from Morehouse College in 1996.

After graduating from college, DJ Rhett moved back home with his parents while looking for work as an accountant or auditor–a job that would have paid him $40k annually at that time period–but instead ended up getting hired as an associate producer at CNN headquarters in Atlanta where he would eventually work closely with African American news anchor Soledad O’Brien before moving onto BET Networks (BET) where he became their first ever Director of Talent Development & Diversity Initiatives!

He’s a self-made millionaire.

Rhett is a self-made millionaire who started his own business at 20. He’s not a lawyer, but he’s also not just a DJ; he’s an entrepreneur.

He has built an empire by combining his two passions: music and entrepreneurship.

He started his own business at 20.

He started his own business at 20, and it was a success. He was a DJ, and he started his first DJ business in college. But he wasn’t just any DJ: he was also a producer, and he was really good at it!

When you hear that someone has been successful in their career from an early age, it can be easy to assume that they had some kind of advantage over others–a leg up on the competition because of who they know or how much money their parents made (or whatever). But Rhett’s story proves otherwise; if anything, being born into wealth would have been an obstacle for him as an entrepreneur–not only does it come with certain expectations about what kind of work you should do with your life but also opens up other opportunities for income generation that might not exist otherwise.

His first big client was Dr. Dre, who he met while working at a shopping center.

Rhett’s first big client was Dr. Dre, who he met while working at a shopping center.

One day, Dr. Dre was shopping with his wife and kids at a mall in Atlanta when the manager of the store asked Rhett to help them find headphones for their son. Rhett did so and ended up giving Dr. Dre his card after finding him what he needed; soon after this encounter, Dr. Dre hired Rhett as his personal security guard!

Rhett’s father was also his mentor, showing him how to be successful in business and life.

Rhett’s father was a successful businessman who taught Rhett how to be successful in business and life. He also taught him how to be a good person, always honest and treating people with respect. As Rhett grew up, he spent more time with his dad learning about his business ventures and how he managed them successfully.

He learned many valuable lessons from his father during this time that he still uses today: “The most important thing I learned from my dad was never stop trying,” said Rhett. “If you fail at something or don’t succeed right away, keep going until you find success.”

When Rhett became friends with Dr. Dre, his career really took off, but he had to go through some of the typical ups and downs that come with success — including being shot at during a jewelry store robbery while working as a security guard (ironically).

Rhett is no stranger to being targeted by criminals, but he was shocked when it happened while he was working as a security guard. He says:

“I couldn’t believe it. I was like ‘This is not happening.’ I had just gotten out of the hospital after having surgery on my hand and they shot me in the chest with an AK-47.”

It’s never too late to pursue your dream

It’s never too late to pursue your dream. You can always start over, no matter what age you are or how many times you’ve failed in the past. Don’t give up on yourself!

If I had given up on DJing when I first started out, I wouldn’t have become successful today. And if Rhett hadn’t pursued his passion for music, he would never have experienced all of these great things either:

Rhett’s story is one of perseverance and hard work. He started from nothing, but through his drive and determination he was able to build a successful career as a DJ and businessman. He had some setbacks along the way, but he didn’t let that stop him from pursuing his dreams — which eventually led him all the way from Alabama to California!
